Under Mexico's Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. When you submit this form, your email client will open with a prefilled request to send to our support team.

What happens after you submit your request?

  1. You'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
  2. Our team will verify your identity to protect your data.
  3. We will process your request within a maximum of 20 business days, as required by law.
  4. We will notify you when your data has been deleted.
